Vision
Constanta is more than a renovation — it is the revival of a century-old gem of Riga's architecture. Designed in 1913 by architect Augusts Malvess and holding the status of a regionally significant cultural monument, the building — once the administrative centre of Riga's society of manufacturers and craftsmen — is being transformed into 90 exclusive apartments, uniting meticulous historical research with a contemporary understanding of luxury.
Aesthetic
Harmony
Designed by architect Augusts Malvess, Constanta has stood as one of Riga's most distinguished buildings since 1913. Its dignified neoclassical façade — with original arched windows and refined proportions — carries more than a century of history with quiet confidence. Step inside, and the grand staircases still speak the language of the building's neoclassical past — restored with care, they remain the beating heart of Constanta's timeless character.
Considered
Interior
Constanta's interiors bring together the elegance of 1913 neoclassicism and the rhythm of contemporary living. Stone, brass, and ebonised oak preserve the character of the original building, while mosaic floors and grand staircases echo its storied past. The spaces have been thoughtfully reimagined — layered textures and warm materials make each apartment feel intimate, lived-in, and unmistakably like home.
