On this website, visitors may submit and SIA Arkon 5 may receive personal data in the following ways: the visitor uses the contact form in the “Contacts” section or at the bottom of any other section. The company obtains the visitor's name, surname, phone number, e-mail address and answers to the registration form questions. This data is used to send the project presentation and to contact the visitor about the project.

Submitted requests are stored in a protected database for no longer than 24 months from submission, or until the visitor asks for them to be deleted. The presentation link sent by e-mail is personalised: the company records whether and when it was opened (time and browser type) to know whether the presentation reached its recipient. Information about where the visitor came from is stored in the browser for 24 months: the campaign parameters and click identifiers of an advertisement or tagged link (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid), the landing link and time, and the website the visitor came from.
